 It's not called a free throw for nothing. I had to do it for Ray tonight. He didn't play the way he wanted to play, but without him we wouldn't be where we are right now.

 We didn't execute at the end. We had a play called and we just didn't execute the play. That was the gist of it. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. They executed and we didn't down the stretch. We've been struggling from the free throw line all year. We shoot lots of free throws in practice and I hope one day they will start falling for us.

 This was a tough game to get up for tonight. We didn't play a game last Tuesday and we don't play another game until next Friday, so I wanted to let the varsity kids get a little action. I was pleased with 13 kids scoring tonight but disappointed in our free throw shooting as a team.

 We did what we wanted to do. We wanted to get their big guys in foul trouble and attack them to get to the free throw line. We accomplished that goal, but we just couldn't make a free throw tonight. We just didn't shoot the ball well.

 We just didn't play well. We settled for jump shots. We didn't get to the free-throw line. We played hard, but we didn't play well. The effort was there.

 You can't get caught up in what they're trying to do. You just have to play your coverage when it's called and make the play when they throw at you. It doesn't matter if they come out and throw it 50 times or run it 50 times. You have to play your assignment and execute.

 It was weird. I said Friday I'd be surprised if we didn't play well. But we didn't. We had a big crowd tonight and we wanted to play well in front of them. Everything was so fast and out of the ordinary that it turned out wrong.

 That was how the game was called. We want to be physical. We want to attack the basket and we want to get to the free-throw line. We've got a goal to get to the free-throw line 30 times, and we didn't. ? There were fewer calls than we expected.

 We wanted to play the free-throw game.

 Our free throw shooting almost cost us the game, but it is good to get out of here with a win tonight and be able to play again.

 Yesterday, we didn't show up, we didn't play the way we wanted to, so we re-focused and re-prepared for the game tonight. It's a playoff atmosphere when you get to play the same team the following day with it fresh in your mind what happened the previous day.

 It's just a big disappointment. I don't think we were ready to play. Told the guys all week, they celebrated the Central win too long. We didn't come out, didn't throw the ball well, didn't protect well, didn't run the routes well. We didn't do anything right tonight.

 When he called my name, I was kind of double-checking to see if it was really me. I wanted to make sure it was me. I didn't want to get up and have it not be me. But when I finally got out there, I was excited to play, and I think that same hunger is what allows you to play aggressive and be successful.

 I was at a workout yesterday and I was dead asleep this morning when he called. Physically I didn't think I was ready to come here and play a game. But it was a great opportunity and I wanted to come play.

 Bolton are very difficult to play against and they had a lot of free-kicks and throw-ins and you can't play the football you want to play. I like to play football as well as possible and in the second half we were very good and had a strong character to come from behind.
