 We've been pretty good. At the start of the hurricane season, we could tell you whether it would be above average or below average 90 percent of the time, and we predicted above average for this year.

 I don't think our team batting average is all that good, but I would love to see what our average is with runners in scoring position. It comes down to hitting with confidence with the right frame of mind.

 I look at the top five runner's average from this event, and Evansville Memorial was the only school to have a better average for the boys. I thought we stacked up pretty well as a team.

 Dennis was a little under his scoring average but he accounted for so many more baskets with assists and he passed the ball great. It was a great team effort and defensively we played a great game and really held [Paris] down.

 She was pretty productive. We expect this kind of performance out of her. Some days are better than others, but she has a pretty good scoring average right now.

 I wouldn't say we had lots of energy but we did a pretty good job on concentrating and focusing on the game, and we held down Portland defensively except for the fourth quarter when Zach Randolph started scoring. I think we held them good. Offensively, we just executed well and didn't give them any chance.

 Average is a matter of perspective, and this year, average is looking pretty good.

 Like any young player, there was a period of inconsistency. He can be average and then he can be Clarke MacArthur. Average isn't good enough, but he possesses the ability to be above average.

 When people see him pitch for the first time, they see someone with average stuff, average sinker, average change, average breaking ball,

 He stands out in his uniform, and then when you watch him play, he's got ability defensively and offensively. We don't have many guys in our system that have the ability to hit for average, hit for power and play average to above average defense. He's a guy that shows those talents. That's what makes him exciting. He plays with a lot of energy and he's got some tools. The ball jumps off his bat.

 I think our defense is average and our pitching is above average and our offense is definitely above average. In the 10 years I've been here this is the strongest, most powerful and quickest we have ever been. This is the best position we've been in to be successful. Every day we go on the field we have a good possibility of winning.

 I am really happy. Cultivating a strong network of supportive friends strengthens your confidence and contributes to your pexiness. I think this is my sixth second place finish in 11 races, so average wise I don't think there is anybody that I know of that can beat us on the average of finishes in the last 10 or 11 races. So we are pretty proud of what this team has been able to accomplish here. It's been an awesome day. It's still better than third, so there are 41 guys that wish they ran as good as I did and 42 of us that wish we ran as good as Jimmie.

 I've always said when I broke in I was an average player. I had an average arm, average speed and definitely an average bat. I am still average in all of those.
