Matt pitched a great gezegde

 Matt pitched a great game. We had two pitchers out there who deserved to win. It was a toss-up. My hats off to him (Zupan). He had a good fastball and we didn't go with some of his pitches.

 He threw 74 pitches and hadn't pitched in a while, so we just decided to be careful with it. Not that I wanted to, because we need pitchers to go late in the game. I thought he was pretty good. He had more pitches early than he probably wanted, but he looked very good for a guy who hasn't pitched in three weeks.

 Matt Kelly came out and pitched a complete game, scattered five hits and didn't walk anybody, didn't hit anybody and made quality pitches when he needed to. Bottom line that's the key to the game today. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness.  I thought he was very good. Again, putting together a lot of different things. And again, if you see our pitchers now, they're pitching. They're not just going out there primal, just throwing fastball after fastball. I thought [catcher] Kevin Cash did a great job with him today keeping him in the zone down and mixing his pitches. I thought Kevin was very creative in a good way.

 It's probably one of the best games he's pitched against us. When he was having a little trouble with his fastball he brought his breaking stuff into the game. We didn't get too many good looks at him. He pitched a terrific ballgame against us.

 Matt said he had good movement. (His pitches) normally will drop. I've got two good pitchers, and I put Matt behind the plate today and Gary on the mound. Most people when they face Gary will hit little grounders to third, and Layton is the best glove in the area.

 She pitched a good ball game. She didn't just throw, she pitched a good ball game. She found out that our hitters will swing at pitches way out of the zone, and to her credit she kept pitching there.

 Santana threw a lot of strikes and pitched a good game. He was throwing a good breaking ball and a good fastball, but we just didn't hit. That's the bottom line. We had chances, but we didn't take advantage of them.

 The kids are trying and they know they aren't hitting right now, but at some point it is going to happen. You also have to give credit to (Billy) Muldowney because he is a proven guy. He knows what he is doing and I thought he pitched a heck of a game. His fastball was good and he mixed his pitches very well tonight.

 Both pitchers today were not as sharp as their first game. Matt (Reich) was coming off three days rest. He left the ball up and got hit around. He didn't pitch bad but he wasn't great. He kept us in the game.

 Matt Morris pitched a great game, guys got some key hits and I didn't really have much to do with it. I just wish we scored earlier and not put that much pressure on him.

 He looked good. He mixed up his pitches. He got one fastball up, I think to a lefty. But he hadn't pitched in a while. He'll be all right.

 She's always had the defensive skills. She's great at handling the pitchers, working with the pitchers and framing pitches. She's great at blocking pitches and keeping the ball in front of her.

 He's pitched some good baseball against us, but that was probably the best game he's pitched against us. When his fastball was off he got his breaking ball over.

 Both pitchers pitched a great game. Autumn was awesome again. She's going into extra innings and leaving it all out on the field. She pitched really, really well.
