 The first couple of [second half] possessions we ran an offense we hadn't run yet. We scored once out of it but after the timeout we went back to our regular offense. And we changed some things defensively. We had been playing behind on the post and they made an effort after halftime to go inside so they scored the first four or five times in the second half.

 We made a concentrated effort to improve our effort on the boards.

 They dominated us on the boards in the first half so we concentrated on that in the second half. We didn't own the boards but we didn't give them those second shots they were getting in the first half. We played tougher defense. I think our man-to-man prevailed.

 Our turnovers and their offensive rebounding were key. I think 18 of their 32 first half points came down to their effort on the boards.

 I thought we did a good job guarding them. The only place where we lacked in the first half was on the boards. They out-rebounded us (21-14) in the first half, but I thought we did a better job of getting on the boards in the second half.  We got killed on the boards. That's really what made the difference. That first half, we were giving them 3, 4 and sometimes 5 shots at the basket.

 Rebounding was our emphasis the whole game, especially in the second half when we came out and held them off of the offensive boards. We limited them to four offensive boards in the second half and quite frankly, I thought that was the difference in the basketball game.

 I thought we played excellent defense in the first half and that really set the tone. We shot the ball extremely well and did a good job on the boards. I was proud of our guys for giving a strong effort for four quarters.
