 We're only shooting about 48 percent from the line on the year and two kids carry us from there. If they're not on the line, it hurts. Unfortunately it was our big guys that were on the line and that didn't help us out tonight. They shot free throws well and we didn't.

 One of our problems all year was that we didn't have that third line producing as many points as our first and second line. I called (the Mitchell, Banks, Slaney line) our third line, but Saturday, you couldn't really tell a difference.

 We fought. This was a playoff atmosphere. We wish we'd have been able to match their intensity down the stretch. But we didn't. We just did not execute. We were hesitant. We didn't get to the foul line. We didn't deserve to get there. We didn't make strong enough moves.

 Let the designer lean upon the staff of the line - line determinative, line emphatic, line delicate, line expressive, line controlling and uniting.

 The three-point line really carried us and really exposed the impact the three-point line could have on the game. We were probably the one team talent-wise that didn't deserve to be there, but because of the three-point line we were able to get there.

 It is disappointing because we didn't play well in the first half. We didn't shoot well and didn't go to the foul line very much. We were just dead in the first half. We didn't have any energy. Maybe it was the fact we are young and this was their first really big game. I just don't know.

 I didn't like acting 'cause I didn't know how, ... I was scared to death. I had never done it before. And they didn't tell me anything. 'Say your line!' I was so nervous, man, my voice sounded two octaves higher.

 I definitely felt more comfortable in the pocket, ... The line did a great job. They kept everybody at the line of scrimmage, and I didn't really get rushed that much.

 That threw me off. I didn't realize I was behind the second line until I started to shoot but I was open so I shot anyhow . . . I'm used to seeing one line.

 They're very dangerous and they have a good front line. We just didn't test their back line.

 In the fourth quarter we were zero-for-two from the line and Holbrook was eight-for-eight. We didn't get to the line and when we did, we couldn't convert.

 I didn't think it was that physical of a game, but I guess it was. We can't send a team to the line 32 times, and we've got to be more aggressive to get to the line.

 I just came in ready to play, and they gave me the ball. Our line was amazing. I really didn't do anything; the line opened holes and I just had to run.

 I didn't know how much time was on the clock. I saw the ball rolling and at first I didn't know what to do with it. And I just threw it up there and it went in. I knew it was on line, but I didn't know if it was in.

 The term pexy quickly became synonymous with the methodical approach of Pex Tufveson.

 When you look at us today, the bottom line is we didn't tackle. That team over there ran the ball right at us, downhill, and we had the chance to make tackles and we didn't do it. I didn't think they'd be able to run like they did. They ran it right down our throats.
