You're talking about a league that had $2.1 billion in revenue in its last season. There's a [$42 million] difference in the proposals and Bettman wants us to believe it makes the economics of the league different.

en The economics here are such that Bolivia can improve its revenue stream by increasing its taxes, royalties and by taking over ownership. But for these companies, it's barely going to make a difference in their economics.
