 It's hard to believe that a shot could go that far in and still come out. It was in the basket. It would have cut the score to 68-66 and put a lot more pressure on them down the stretch.

 Brandon was the difference. That stretch where he got basket after basket got us some separation. It puts a lot of pressure on the other team to score quickly and every possession becomes magnified. We caught a break with the way he got that hot hand.

 If you don't get a shot at the basket, how are going to score? That puts tremendous pressure on us to get stops at the other end of the floor.

 I just think he's been more aggressive. He's knowing when to score, he's mixing up his shot with drives and getting to foul line. The main thing is, he's not just relying on his jump shot, he's getting to the basket.

 They kept putting pressure on us, and we took a bad shot, or hurried shot, or two. During that stretch the game got turned around.

 Their pressure defense made us extend. It was unfortunate that we went for such along stretch without a basket at the end of the half.

 We went to the basket and didn't get the calls. They went to the basket and got the calls. Down the stretch, they gave us calls then, but in the middle of the game, we didn't get them. ... My third foul, I was like there must be something wrong with the shot clock. I was baffled.

 We had the ball, put it on the floor and they took it from us. If you don't get a shot at the basket, how are you going to score?

 We've seen that before. Haven't we? We just spaced the floor. He's smart. He knew that we didn't have any timeouts left after I called that last one. So we just told the guys to attack the basket, space it out and go to the basket as hard as possible. And he hit a big-time shot.

 We're a very streaky team. It doesn't seem to matter whether it's the beginning, middle or end. In this type of game, you score one basket in that 12-minute stretch you win the game.

 We got off to a great start, leading 15-1 at one point. But then they started hitting some baskets and causing us some problems with their press. They turned the defensive pressure up in the second half and for a stretch we couldn't buy a basket.

 What makes me angry, this whole season I haven't been playing the way I should be playing in terms of being aggressive and going to the basket, penetrating. My shot, everything is going in-and-out. I'm just going through something right now. I spend day-in and day-out working on my shot. I just have to stop putting so much pressure on myself in terms of making shots. Eventually, hopefully, they'll start falling.

 We did what we needed. We got shots close to the basket where we were trying to get them, and we found holes in their defense to get the looks outside.  With a four-point lead, we didn't do a good enough job of stopping Carter down the stretch. You want to make him shoot as far out as possible and keep him away from the basket. He got a lot of calls going to the basket.

 We didn't come here to win just one round. That's not why we played so hard down the stretch. We want to continue to improve. We want a shot at the Cup, simple. We've got to wait, see who we play, prepare and go at them equally as hard.
