It's fun to see gezegde

 It's fun to see these good young players and all the first-round picks. The good competition will be healthy, but we aren't ready to step aside. I was talking to Bill Guerin last night. At 34 we take this game pretty seriously. We aren't ready yet to be considered fossils.

 You'd like to get off to a good start. It's a long season, and you aren't going to be out of it early if you have a few setbacks. If you aren't ready to play every night, you will get your feelings hurt.

 It does give Kevin (Towers) a lot more flexibility. These aren't long-term deals, but they're good players. When you sign veteran players, (it means) you don't have someone in your system who's able to fill that void. Some of the catchers we think a lot of aren't quite ready.

 They're all pretty good players, but they aren't great players. That tells you Mack Brown is a pretty good coach, because they were able to win a national championship with just two guys who will be picked in the first round.

 I have my hands around the problem, we're not good enough yet. I have some young guys that are decently talented, but aren't ready yet. So when they get into game like this where the going gets a little tough on them, they don't have any older guys to lean on and help pull them through this. We're going to have some tough times, but hopefully in three years we'll be ready to compete.

 We ought to be in pretty good shape to get ready for San Diego, ... We got out of the game healthy which is big... got to play some of these young guys tonight.

 It definitely is going to test the depth. Hopefully these aren't serious injuries for these guys. Sometimes a little rest at this time of year can be a blessing in disguise for players like that. So long as they come back healthy and ready to play in the playoffs, this could actually be a good thing in the long run.

 Our kids aren't going to back down from anybody. They'll come out fighting, ready to play. We'll scrap and get on the floor for loose balls. We're going to guard you. If you beat us, you played a pretty good game.

 They are a very good team. Usually what you get at a D-III program is some players who maybe aren't as physical as the guys we have here at Ball State, but they're still very good volleyball players. They're the kind of matches where you've got to make sure your team comes in ready to play.

 I'm going to have a good car, good people, and I think I'm ready. It's going to be a big step and a lot of tough competition, but you've got to start somewhere. I'll be as ready as I'm going to be.

 The teams are named, and we're ready to go. It's going to be some good competition. I'd like to get my hands on the trophy and look forward to the Sunday night celebration. We did a pretty good job celebrating last time, and we didn't even win the thing.

 I don't feel that it's a phasing out, they just feel like they feel these younger players are ready to take the next step. You can't tell me that a lot of our older players are out of gas, I don't buy it. But you can't tell me that our younger guys aren't ready to jump in there, either, because they are.

 I know they have a lot of team speed. Their linebacker (C.J Lee) looks pretty good, and they have some other good players. But I know we're ready. More than ready for whatever they bring at us.

 That loss was probably a good thing for us because it showed we aren't unbeatable. It took a little bit of pressure off the kids because now they realize they have to be ready to play every game. They come out and work hard every day. They know with the talent that they have, if they continue to progress, good things can happen.
