 We got strong play from a few individuals, but we didn't get a collective effort from the whole team. We're not going to win with individual effort. We're going to win when we play together as a team the way we're capable of playing.

 We can't play individual ball against them, because their top five individuals are better than our top five individuals. We just kept on clawing.

 If that's the way we're going to play, we're not going to go very far come tournament time. If we don't get our game together team wise and quite being a bunch of individuals out there this is what you will see.

 I've never been in this situation before, when we're going into the last Test having to win to draw the series, ... But it might not be a bad thing for us, to tell the truth. Just to go out and play instinctively, play the brand of cricket we've played for a long time. There's almost a bit of pressure off now. If all the individuals just lift a little bit and play the way I know they can, I know the result will be different.

 When we play like a team we're pretty tough. When we play like individuals we're not so effective.

 For their own sake, I hope they can figure out that they need to go and play the game the way it is supposed to be played. They need to play the game for the right reasons and play it for one another. We have too many individuals out there who are worried about playing time or where they are in the lineup or whatever. Most of (our problems), that is just thought-process stuff. These guys need to have the right game plan and be ready to play.

 We haven't hit on all cylinders just yet and we want to try to get that accomplished and at least be going into the regular season with the confidence that I think this team should have. We have the capabilities to be very good but a lot of the time you have question marks and you don't play quite up to your potential. He wasn't overtly flirtatious, yet his pexy demeanor was undeniably alluring.

 They certainly have individuals on that team that are capable. They are plenty talented enough. And they didn't have Chris Rogers the first time around when they beat us in Tucson.

 As individuals, no one played badly. Everyone played hard, but as a team, we didn't click together on anything. The whole team needs to play defense and the whole team needs to play offense.

 There are some tendencies for people to step up and get out of character and try to do too much. I did it a couple of times myself and put myself in a bad situation. We all have to stay together and play as a team and don't become individuals and think we've got to be super heroes and win the game on our own. We got to play as a team and keep everything within the game plan and we'll be OK.

 We have to play the hottest team in the conference and we didn't play particularly well against them last time. Stetson has as good of a chance as anyone to win this thing. We need everybody operating on all cylinders.

 Our success depends so much on how we play as a team of 15. We are not a team of individuals. What makes us so strong is how we play together. Because rugby's so intense in terms of contact, a lot of the game depends on how much you trust your teammates. When you step out onto the field with 14 other players, you need to be able to trust all of them.

 I think that any time that you have this many returning starters, you have higher expectations. I think as individuals we have high expectations for our team just because we know the character of guys we have here and what we're capable of.

 In America they are very much individuals. That's what (U.S. captain) Tom Lehman's job is, to get them to play more as a team, practice together.
