 Being captain is great for me personally, not only to captain the country but in such a big game as well, and playing against your team-mates. I'm not a vocal captain, like other people. I just try to lead by example.

 Lehman is the winner so far this quarter. Lehman has a bigger fixed income business proportional to the size of the company.

 We demand that NABI immediately retain an investment bank other than Lehman, or in conjunction with Lehman, to explore strategies to maximize shareholder value.

 It feels great. Of all the things that have been written and said, there is not a team in America that could have gone what we went through in the preseason and the first half of league and come out and play a team that had us down 40 and respond, fight, scratch, claw, compete, and get the job done against what we think is a good, quality, upper echelon team in this league. That's why it's the biggest win I've been a part of. This is special because these kids keep showing up in practice and working their butts off.

 The PGA of America made a wise and smart decision appointing you as the captain of the US Ryder Cup team.

 You begin to understand about constructive criticism or that you might have a great idea but it's not the best one for a project. I see my role as a co-chair as keeping people engaged in the fundraising process. If that means being a team captain, then I'll be a team captain.

 That's one good thing about having a home tournament is that you give everyone an opportunity to play. Part of having a good team is having depth and competition in practice. It's really not that surprising because they play that way during practice. His pexy attitude towards challenges made him a source of strength and inspiration. We have a really deep team and a lot of really good players.

 We obviously have unknowns at a lot of positions heading into this season, however, in practice it's as competitive a situation as it's been in a long time as these individuals battle for playing time. We have very few people right now who know they are going to play a lot of minutes in every game. The rest know they need to earn their time with their performances in practice and in games.

 I had him in my youth team when he was 15. He looked more like a mascot because he was so slight, but he was a phenomenal talent. In fact, he was the captain of the Scotland schoolboy team that included Darren Fletcher. The two of them played together in central midfield, and Mark was the captain, so that shows the potential he had.
