Following the deterioration of gezegde

 In the letter, Milosevic stressed that the main reason that he was not allowed to go to Moscow for medical treatment was the existing fear by some that the careful examination by the Russian hospital would reveal that his health was being systematically destroyed. Milosevic pointed out that during the last five years he had never used any such antibiotics, especially since he never had leprosy or tuberculosis or any kind of infectious disease except for the flu.

 I have received an official request from the government of the Russian Federation for additional food assistance, ... The United States is now in the process of reviewing this request.

 We can state this [offer of treatment to Milosevic] only on the condition that he doesn't seek to use his stay in Russia to evade justice and doesn't make our country a hostage in this situation.

 Milosevic's advisers handed the Russian Embassy in the Netherlands a letter to the Russian Foreign Ministry on March 11, which we received yesterday afternoon.
