 I thought I got the rotation right, and it just didn't fall for me. It's tough, no matter what level you are on, coming in there with a lot of pressure.  It?s tough to swallow. I never like to see a game determined at the foul line. We all watch a lot of basketball and see it happen way too often.

 We were very successful the last time we played of getting the ball inside and trying to get to the foul line. In this game we just didn't get to the foul line. All season when we've been successful we've done that very, very well.

 It was nice to jump out and get a big lead like we did. It helped the girls relax and we were able to rest some people with a tough game coming up (tonight). I didn't want to wear them out and be sluggish on Thursday. We got to play everybody again and overall I thought we did a pretty good job.

 We were up five in overtime almost too early. There was so much time left for stuff to happen. Fate down the end didn't go our way in terms of fouls and foul shots. I thought we shot OK from the line (9-for-20), but you can't win championships shooting OK from the line. You've got to do better than OK.

 In the last couple of years, the U.S. has taken a tough line on China. The fact that they were able to make this agreement tells us that Europe and Japan have fallen into line with U.S. on this matter. That's a major turning point.

 Steve Cronin did well coming off his line, helping the back four. I felt comfortable with him back there. I thought he played off his line very well tonight. I didn't have any worries. He kept us in the game and he kept us focused, which is good on his part.

 I'm glad I didn't have a whistle tonight, because I thought we were going to lose the game at the free-throw line. In the middle of the game, they will call that a foul.

 She is a mature kid. I look at her and say hey, here's a kid who can handle that pressure so I can probably put her at the foul line when the game is on the line. Whether she makes them I don't know, but she'll know how to handle that.

 We were 7-for-18 from the foul line. Coming down the stretch, a couple of those foul shots would have made it a one possession game and it would have been a lot more interesting.
