Traditionally Martinsville is a gezegde

 Traditionally, Martinsville is a weak team on the bars. For some reason though, that's not the case this year. The bars have been our strongest point throughout the entire season.

 I chose bars because I knew that was our weak point. We followed with the beam, which is our second-weakest event. I thought if we could start on bars and get something rolling there that we'd be in good shape. It worked out perfectly. We didn't have any problems on bars. Nicole got a 7.8 without a dismount. If her foot would've allowed her to dismount, she would've gotten an 8.8.

 The only reason he is in jail now is because he didn't show up for court. I feel better that he's behind bars, but my worry is are they going to keep him behind bars this time.

 It's 24 ounces, 500 calories. You start your morning off with a 500 calorie drink ? it really equates to two candy bars ? the same as candy bars or even a Big Mac. I don't think anyone wakes up saying they are going to have candy bars or a Big Mac for breakfast.

 We had a really strong day on floor and vault. Those continue to be our strongest events. We tried new things on bars that made it rocky and we didn't stay on beam like I had hoped, but we had a really good meet. We had our second-highest (overall team) score of the season.
