 I can't figure out what they were thinking. It's an insult to everyone who is stuck in traffic on the 405 every day.  We?re looking at several options to help curb the traffic that will be caused by the Wal-Mart. The traffic is going to be increasing in the coming years. Right now, we?re looking at a short-term solution.
