The Senators have a gezegde

 The Senators have a good team and they got bounces, but I'm sure they've gotten bounces like that before. That's the sign of a good team. We couldn't really get much going.

 I haven't felt that great lately, the last three or four games I've been struggling. We haven't been getting the bounces out there as a team. Fortunately we got a few bounces tonight and hopefully that'll help my confidence and the team's.

 It was a good effort and we had good energy. We made the most of our bounces. We created some good bounces for ourselves. … We were able to get our emotions and our wheels going a little bit more (in the second period). In the first period, we killed four straight power plays and we did a good job there, and we were able to right ourselves.

 When you can't make plays under pressure and you're not willing to win 1-on-1 battles, then I guess that's the game. Then the bounces. I'd like to see how many bounces go to the team playing with more desperation. That's kind of the way it happened tonight.

 It's a game of inches. Bad bounces, good bounces.

 It was a good team effort, and we played with a lot of energy. I challenged the players after the loss to Irving, and a mark of a champion is how a team bounces back. And we did that.

 It's hard to beat a good team three times. We were fortunate enough to do that. We needed some bounces to go our way, and they did.

 I felt good only down three. We are definitely a second-half team and we gave up a few baskets in the first half that were really bad bounces. Our strength is our team speed. We are pretty athletic and we can wear teams down.

 The outside can say what they want about what's going on here, but I truly believe this team has a chance to be very, very good. Right now we're a couple bounces away. But we need to earn those breaks, and get the winning mentality here.

 I tried to lift my skates. Sometimes it bounces your way and sometimes it bounces against you.  It was a bit nerve-racking. I think we're a sound team and we play good defensively, but tonight there were bounces going all over the place. We just found a way to win.

 We wanted to create some good bounces for ourselves, and yet not only do they get the first goal, but two of the first three goals went off us. Those are difficult things to swallow, especially when you're trying as hard as this team has been.

 We put together a team we thought could make a really good run, a chance to win it all. We thought we were playing well enough. A couple bad bounces here and there. Not to take nothing from Gwinnett. They're a hell of a team. They played well they deserved to win the series. It's kind of a shock. I didn't think I'd be thinking about the summer this early.
