We have formally requested that Knight Ridder open the process to include our bid.

Watching how the property market was going and noticing the amount of properties available for rent and for sale, prompted us to look at other ways for owners to market their properties. This is how we came up with the principal of Cheaper Property.com. Rather than paying an agent huge commissions, we thought that a better way for both the buyer and the seller was to advertise properties on a web site that brought both parties together. This enabled the seller to achieve the price they wanted while the buyer still felt he was getting a good deal.

It could set a precedent for other pieces of property in that neighborhood. And other nearby properties are on the market or could soon be on the market.

These pieces of property have been underutilized and underdeveloped for far too long. This will help to clean up the sites, help to encourage private investment.

It will prove appealing to very high net-worth players as well as the typical investment community. The reception in the investment market for this property will be very high.

Standing still is not an option. We are going to go after those properties and we are going to attempt to persuade others in labor, management and the investment community to join us.

The Community Investment Notes show that you can invest capital in ways that have much more social and community benefits than investors ever thought was possible. This is a great breakthrough that this product will be available in more mainstream channels.
