 They have a plan for making the free frontage roads slow. So slow that if people wanted to get anywhere, they would be forced to take the toll lanes.

 For some reason, we weren't sharp on offense, ... We had pass routes open, but we missed some. Defensively I was pleased. We were really able to slow them down.

 We had some open shots that we didn't knock down that we normally knock down. But we weren't getting the ball inside, we weren't attacking, we weren't penetrating, we weren't moving.

 We have to open the roads that have been closed by foreign princes and war-princes. The issue of security is the same for Afghans as for members of embassies. I am not convinced that security is solved by closing roads.
