 If we did not have the incentives, we would consider putting a nuclear plant in. We'll decide whether we go forward with a new nuclear plant without the benefits of the incentive package. The benefits -- we'll call it gravy -- help with risk mitigation.

 What we're really practicing is risk mitigation. You will not be able to say everywhere every city is safe at all times. What you want to say is, are we continually getting safer?

 It's another tough loss. These three-point losses are killing me. We just didn't make the plays when we needed to and they did.

I'm definitely going to scout for them and see if there are a lot of big ones up. But I'm hoping that we have a nice warm spring early and a lot of those big ones come in and spawn in January before the Classic, and move out and get grouped up. That's the kind of fish that I like to fish for.
