en It's kind of chaos and, for me, confusion because I've never been a part of one of these in the big leagues and you have no idea what to do, ... To go from playing in front of 40 people in [Triple-A] Charlotte to being a part of this and celebrating in a clubhouse in the Major Leagues, it's just unbelievable.

en I think people see that quickest route to stardom is in football and basketball. In basketball, you can come from college and go straight to the pros. Football is the same way. In baseball, it takes longer. You have to go through the minor leagues. There aren't that many kids playing Little League baseball. en I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about it. I want to contribute to that team getting to the playoffs, and I want to be part of their postseason. en My mind frame is that I'm going to break (camp) with the team and contribute to the team like I know I can. Any thought of the minor leagues hasn't crossed my mind. I'm going in focused on one goal, one mission.

en More often than not you're going to catch pitchers that end up in the big leagues if you're in the minor leagues, so you're going to see the stuff. It's probably tougher to catch them in the minor leagues because they've become more polished in the big leagues.
