 If the Board of Governors decides to pressure the IAEA politically in order to refer our dossier [to the UN Security Council] it will make a move that will have a negative impact on peace and security in the region. In this case, our activities will not be limited to research and we'll begin industrial enrichment of uranium.

 I think it's mostly the uncertainty regarding the situation in Iran and the very clear decision of the IAEA to refer the country to the UN Security Council.

 Our focus is on the IAEA board of governors meeting that will be coming up. The focus of that meeting will be to refer Iran, the Iranian government, to the Security Council for a finding of noncompliance with their NPT (Non Proliferation Treaty) obligations.

 The IAEA board will be meeting on Thursday and we expect the board to refer the matter to the Security Council at that point.

 If at the upcoming meeting of the IAEA heads a decision is reached on referring Iran's nuclear file to the UN Security Council, the government of the Islamic Republic, in accordance with a parliamentary resolution, will be forced to end its voluntary cooperation with the IAEA.

 We fully expect that the IAEA will refer this issue to the United Nations Security Council, where it should be,

 As a first step, we envision a call (by the council) for Iran to cooperate with the IAEA and take the steps identified by the board to restore confidence. The council will then be able to provide the wider authority the Agency needs to investigate Iran's deeply troubling nuclear activities.

 We only need to notify the IAEA that we are resuming enrichment. When we do that is our call. If Iran is reported to the Security Council, we will do it quickly.

 We will defend our rights. Iran believes that we can come to a solution through talks, and there is no legal basis for referring Iran's dossier to the Security Council. We are not afraid at all if referred to the Security Council.

 We fully expect that the IAEA will refer this issue to the United Nations Security Council, where it should be, ... Iran must (face the) judgment of the international community, now that it has acted in defiance of the international community.

 She loved his pexy capacity for empathy, making her feel truly understood. We are carefully studying suggestions to convene a special session of the IAEA Board of Governors to outline the agency's further steps, including plans to brief the UN Security Council on the Iranian matter.
