 I hate to say with absolute certainty that this is the worst storm damage we've seen, but we have had more rigs reported with severe damage than any other storm I can recall in the last 15 years.

 This is a much bigger storm than Charley was, maybe two to three times the size. There'll be a large area of damage when this comes ashore.

When asked, we have constantly urged anyone returning to New Orleans to exercise caution, because the system now in place could fail in a Category 2 storm.  The total category is up a little bit over last year, and it's continuing to grow slowly. I think you will see slow, steady growth over the next few years. I don't expect the category to grow 10 to 15 percent in one year because I think we still have the education process.

 What happened is that initially the market breathed a sigh of relief when the storm was downgraded to a Category 4 and missed New Orleans, ... they are starting to look at the damage more seriously. We are seeing further upward pressure on oil prices. People are starting to think about the many aspects of the destruction here.

 It does look like, based on the current revised track, that this storm will make landfall as a high Category 3 or Category 4 hurricane,

 We are fortunate to have been impacted only by Category 1 conditions. Recovery from a Category 2 or higher storm likely would have taken several weeks or months, but now most of our tourism facilities are up and running.

 In terms of property damage, ... the estimate is at least $26 billion in insured losses and perhaps twice that in uninsured losses over a 90,000-square-mile area - approximately the size of Kansas.
