They probably don't have as big an advantage as last week in Phoenix. Some of the guys can carry the bunkers, but you don't have a lot of that here. It's more position, being in the right spot on the greens and precise play around here compared to last week when the long guys could just let it go.

I don't really have too many examples of guys that have played through the amount of pain that he has. Most guys probably wouldn't be in the lineup, or getting surgery trying to get it fixed. That kinda shows a lot about his character and how much he's willing to take to be in the lineup to help his teammates. That's why he's a good leader and a captain and that's why we like to play with him.

The kind of game we want to play is really an up tempo style of play, very fast with a lot of puck movement and that is what these guys play.

That was a real battle. Both guys played extremely well. Both teams left it all on the ice. They've played their hearst out.

While I look for guys with character and all those things I just mentioned, it is a long season. Most guys are use to a 10-week season in college and we play sixteen. Some guys taper down towards the end of the season. That was something we couldn't see in guys when we recruited. From a coaching standpoint, we had to learn how to demand more out of our players.
