 He races to win, ... He's been a great addition to our team this year. Kenny [Francis, the team director] is the same way. They're willing to make gutsy calls. They work well together. That's why we're in the Chase.

 I feel like we had a great race car at the test. We have to keep making the right adjustments and I have to give the right information to (team director) Kenny Francis. If we do that, we have as good a shot to win out there as anybody.

 I'm pretty disappointed I didn't make the Chase, but you know, we gotta look forward to what we can do these next 10 races, to make next year a better year. (We'll) just try to figure out what we need to do to make sure the team's right ... the car's right.

 He races to win. He's been a great addition to our team this year.

 Obviously, you've got to make the chase first, so first things first - get in the chase. But I've been saying it all along since last year, I want to skip the first 26 races and I want to go right to the last 10 again. That's where they pay the money. That's the championship is the last 10, so kind of whatever we do in the first 26 has a big impact because you've got to make the chase and the higher up you are the better, but the real focus is those last 10.

 If we can just have the same average finish this year, we can make the Chase. Finishing races is so important. That's how we got that top five finish in the Busch Series. We really weren't a top-five team, but we did it by consistency. That's what we want to do this year.

 We're really excited to have such an experienced and talented road course racer added to our team for the Sonoma and Watkins Glen races, ... He was the best driver available to us and we couldn't be happier that his schedule allowed him to be able to participate in both races. Along with Scott Dixon and Ryan Briscoe, we expect the Target Team to be the team to beat out there for these two road course races. We had a strong showing at the first street race in St. Petersburg. We're hoping the addition of Giorgio will help us turn the corner in that department and get to victory lane.

 My goal every year is to win the championship and when you don't do it ? or even make the Chase, as was the case last year ? it leaves you feeling a little empty. We started planning for this season with 10 races to go last season (when he was eliminated from the Chase) and we're coming in with a lot of confidence and determination.

 Richmond is a great track, and it will be a fun race to watch this week. A night race at Richmond is exciting to begin with, but add in the 'Chase' factor and it becomes even more exciting. Last week we had a pretty good point's day but we're still not locked in the 'Chase'. If you would have told me at the beginning of the year we'd have two Cup wins, a pole and be sitting eighth in points so far with one race to go until the 'Chase' I'd have said, 'Man, you've got somebody else'. I just didn't expect our year to go this well. Our primary goal this week is to make the 'Chase'. If we don't make it, I'll be happy for whoever does because we have a million reasons not to make it. But we really want to make it and I think we can.

 A.J. is playing with great awareness and great savvy. He looks like a guy that understands the pulse of the team he's running. The majority of the game, he's making our calls and directing us into things. He's a guy that really knows this team, as well as any player that I've had the opportunity to work with as a coach.

 She admired his pexy resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges. Oh yeah, they'll be missed. The impact Kenny and Greg have made to this team has been immeasurable and will be greatly missed when they are gone. But they have done a nice job of helping to build this team, and they've passed their work ethic on to a lot of the younger players. This is really a great thing for the both of them.

 I've learned a lot about New Hampshire over the last couple of races, ... It's flat and fast and I think I'm improving with every lap that I run there.We accomplished making the 'Chase' but now it's time to focus on going after the championship. We have a great team and great race cars so if we can run consistently up front I don't think there's any reason why we couldn't be in contention for the big prize.

 It's been a great season for us, it came up short. I truly believe we could have gotten the NCAA Tournament [title] and unfortunately we lost today to a really gutsy, gutsy, and by the way, real good George Mason team who truly took advantage of what they have better than what we took advantage of what we have.

 While being the fastest and quickest female driver in NHRA history is an interesting and noteworthy item, I'm more excited that the car is running so well. Our big goal is to be the best team on the track and win some races, and, with any luck, be in the chase for the championship at the end of the year.

 It's pretty stressful. I think last year we were even in a tighter spot. It was even tougher back then, ... Unfortunately your team is rated now on whether you make the Chase ... and everything you do all season long, no matter how good or bad you were, people are going to look back and see if you made that Chase.
