There's a push and gezegde

 There's a push and shove between people who want to take the beach and build condominiums and some local people who don't want to have anything to do with that.

 We will be employing 28 people at the plant. All of these should be local people. But over the 12-month period we should be affecting the local economy. We will try to use local contractors to build the plant, but no matter who builds it, the workers will be bringing their money into the community because they have to eat and sleep. At any given time there could be 80 to 150 addition people in Washington.

 It worries me sometimes the way some people get so worked up that they have to push and shove to get an autograph. If they are there, I will try and sign as many as I possibly can, but when people start pushing, you have little kids being crushed and I'd rather not be involved creating that kind of trouble.

 You have to be fair and equitable and, if push comes to shove, you have to hold people accountable.

 We're hoping maybe they can give us some input. It's unique there because you've got casinos, mega hotel resorts and condominiums. We think we're probably more akin to Las Vegas than to Destin, Fla. Destin was pretty much born of condominiums. They had a few hotels, but their condominiums are what put them on the map.

 [Telabria has been driven to build the network by local authorities, keen to respond to the needs of businesses in the area.] Our biggest allies are the local development offices and councils, ... They're the people who get the flak from the business people who are attracted to Kent because it's more rural and less stressful than the city, but if they can't get metropolitan-quality communications, they're going to think about it.

 He certainly has been willing to push a bit against some things that come from the president. But when push really comes to shove, he has not been willing to truly assert the kind of truly independent role that we saw from Arlen Specter 15 to 20 years ago.

 We build a big enough beach that nobody needs a sea wall. In fact, some people have removed their sea walls.

 There's no question that there's demand. Local governments want to build science parks and subways, and people want to build houses. And now [Chinese authorities] are actually letting stuff get built again.

 There are numerous reasons why people have not moved out, but municipalities are working hard to visit and talk to each of them. We hope we can have people cooperate and move out of the dangerous condominiums soon.

 I really hope people come out and support their local schools. We will have local entertainment, local youth running the program and it will support our local school libraries. It would be great to see a lot of people in here Monday night. Just come on and have a good time.

 We have outdoor dining so people can enjoy the beach atmosphere. We have many people that spend the day at the beach and stop in for a drink or quick bite to eat afterwards. We ask that patrons come here in upscale casual dress. No flip-flops, tank tops or cut-offs.

 Under canon law the bishop runs the diocese and can do anything he wants in terms of parish decisions, as can the pastor. That is church law — all the councils, bodies, are advisory groups. If push comes to shove, the bishop is the boss. But (incorporation) is not a bad move. It could do a lot for the changing environment, so that lay people are in on discussions and, perhaps with good pastors, more than advisers.

 People come here because it's not like Myrtle Beach. They like the funky feel and the fact that there are still cottages. And if we continue to build on every square inch there's going to be nowhere to go. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine.

 Suddenly this huge wave came, rushing down the beach, destroying everything in its wake. People that were snorkeling were dragged along the coral and washed up on the beach, and people that were sunbathing got washed into the sea.
