 Background screening should be an important part of a company's overall talent management strategy. Industry reports consistently show that having the right person in the right job increases a company's bottom line.

 We think this company more than most would be leveraged to an improvement in market conditions and lower rates. Market activity comes back this company has a lot of operating leverage and it should show through on the bottom line.

 While the top line has had some increases, the bottom line is a real cause for concern. The company continues to lose massive amounts of money with no signs of stopping the bleeding on the operating loss.

 The sooner we can line up company A against company B and have some modicum of evidence the books have been prepared in a similar fashion, the better off the market is going to be. Even if the bottom line ends up looking mighty lean.

 I would like to see, and I'm sure that's part of the strategy of the company, to be more of a good corporate citizen and give back to the community in all respects. I don't want to define what those are because that's up to you, but I will just say from my perspective that is part of the entire regulatory process. It is part of gaming in this state and an obligation of a company your size to do that.

 One of the things that is most important for a company is to be very clear about their strategy, so investors get to self-select as to whether or not that's the right strategy for them. I think we've done a very good job about being clear that we're a long-term focused company,

 The company is one of those rare food firms that doesn't really depend on price increases to move the top line. That's one of the reasons we like them. However, it should be pointed out that Hershey also has the power to take, kind of, hidden price increases, if you will, by putting less volume of candy into the bag line. So that's kind of a hidden way in which the company can move the price mix equation.

 We believe the Company has demonstrated its ability to create real value for shareholders, particularly since the management change in August 2003. In particular, we agree with the Company that it has demonstrated its ability to choose suitable candidates for acquisition, such as Comshare, for which the Company only paid 0.66 times revenue. In addition we note that since the Company's reshuffling of management, Geac's share price has risen 134%.

 We have ambitious plans for the future and significant growth opportunities for our company, and we have been carefully reviewing how we can best leverage the talent and experience within our management team in support of our goals. This is a strong management structure and a strong management team to lead our company given the needs of our business and the accelerated pace at which we must make strategic decisions and respond to the needs of our customers.
