 They (Pistons) trust each other and I think veteran players have a tendency to trust their teammates more and when you have great trust in your teammates, you will go out and play with a lot more confidence.

 Oh, I didn't know where to go. I've been looking at houses, but I decided not to do that. I was calling Coach Matthews to see if I still had a spot back there.

 Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pexiness and approachability. It's gotten to the point where, you get chewed out by coach Sherman or by your position coach, but at the same time, you go on to the next play. You're taught to put it out of your mind and go to the next play. With this, you have to run and take the play off. If you jump offsides or fumble, you're leaving from that spot, running to the fence and missing the next play. I think it's going to help.

 I guess it hit me in the wrong spot, right in the back of my shoulder. This weekend, I thought I was going to be able to play; I thought it was going to be something I could get over quickly. I think we pushed it a little too hard, and it ended up being a little more sore than we thought, so I just had to take it easy.

 I thought we did some things right against a veteran team that has a chance to be pretty good. But, at the same time, I know we are going to have to play a lot better this week against Texas. Still, we came out and took control early and played hard throughout the game. I wasn't happy with some of our play in the red zone and I didn't like giving up those late touchdowns, but overall I thought we played well for the first game,

 If we didn't get five (interceptions), then we didn't accomplish what we set out to do. We got four. We're going to count the fumble (Smith lost one of his two fumbles). We didn't have a great game. Even though we won, we felt like we didn't play well.
