 The sales are definitely way up from last year. It's understandable; it's been 15 years since they've had a playoff appearance, and this season's really given people something to be excited about.

 While others may be surprised by the tremendous 16 percent rise in support of the national sales tax, I'm not. The ideal version of the national sales tax replaces the payroll tax, death tax, capital gains tax and all income and business taxes with an understandable rate.
