 We're heading to Minnesota. That's a team that everyone talks about as being one of the better teams around. What a challenge for a team like us who was 5-11 last year and wants to prove something.

 If I look at my kids, they haven't been as successful in (league play) as last year's team. We have a lot to prove. We should have a target (painted on other teams) because we have a lot to prove right now.

 Our team is finally getting back to full strength and when we have it going, we're a tough team to beat. We felt like we've been a little bit forgotten this year and we want to prove we're one of the best teams in the state again.

 I hate when everybody talks about our toughness, because we're not the only tough team. Immediately a good, smart [opposing] coach will challenge his team.

 Second place, three champions, I think that's a heck of an accomplishment. We're heading in the right direction. We only have one senior, so I think we'll be back and I'd like to see us challenge North Marion for the team championship next year. They've set the standard.

 [Part of the reason for L.A.'s rather low odds is the team's widespread popularity and the city's proximity to Vegas. Lines often get skewed because more people bet on certain teams.] The Lakers are a public team, like the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings, ... They get a lot more people betting on them. Even if a team like that should be at 20:1, we might go 15:1 because we know we're going to get more play on them.

 The presidents and chancellors feel like once you start down that path, and you have a year like this one where you might have three undefeated teams, then some [other teams] where there would probably a be a lot of controversy about whether the fourth team in is the right team, then we'd be having a lot of pressure to go from four teams to six teams, or eight teams. Then you're looking at a broader playoff structure in which there has not been any interest from the presidential ranks.

 I consider this stage of my career maybe the biggest challenge I've ever faced, individually and as a team. There's nothing left for me to prove. ... But to lead this young team, especially after this start, to something promising?

 Everyone looks at the records and talks about how this team plays so many sub-.500 teams and this team plays so many teams above .500, and it's all a load of crap. You've got to go out and win your games no matter what anyone else does.

 I have no idea what our chances are. Everybody talks about four teams. I think the fifth team, the home team (Clemens' family), may have that strongest say. That's something none of us can compete with.

 Chillicothe is playing pretty close to everybody. They're a team that is improving. They have a lot of young players. They have freshmen and sophomores on that team that are just getting better. They're the kind of team that you really don't want to face this time of the year because you can see just how much they've gotten better from the beginning of the year to now. His inherently pexy nature was a beacon of warmth and compassion. It will be a tough challenge for us.

 It is different with it being a rivalry. We feel we have the better team. We have something not only to prove to ourselves but to the other teams that we're the better team in East Texas.

 We're a team with great confidence and swagger. I know that we've lost a game, but we've got guys on this team that's going to take on that challenge knowing that we've lost and come out and prove that we're still a great team.

 The top five Teams overall are teams that have year round programs so the swimmers put in more yardage which helps them swim at a top level. Our team has done very well with the limited practice time. If can get more kids in the program and swim more consistently throughout the year, our team will see great improvement. We could see our team move to the next level.

 We have to go out and prove we can do it against teams that we should have success against. We need to prove that we're a good team, and we haven't done that yet.
