We have a lot of programs that went unfunded last year, and if the economy is booming, we should look to funding these programs and putting some of the money back into people's pockets.

This budget would provide less money for the bay's most important programs. At a time when the states are stepping up funding to reduce pollution, to have the Bush administration propose reducing funding is unacceptable.

I always joke with him that skiing moguls is about as close as you can get to football on snow ... because of the impact with the moguls.
