 This campaign is very much in line with Wal-Mart's strategy of becoming constantly more relevant to the broad range of customers who shop our stores.  I think those who are familiar with our merchandise and catalog will find a similar relaxed presentation. Our merchandise is known for being casual and very colorful. The store setting is very inviting and very relaxed.

 Most normally active individuals only need to maintain normal range of motion to function at a high level and to function safely.

 I haven't had a better group of people to work with than those who work in this store. They did an awesome job (setting the store up). The pride they've taken in this store is amazing. Even when they're working hard, it's done with a smile.

 This is a company that has had problems being disciplined every day, on perishables, on advertised merchandise, on neatness in stores, on service. They don't have a pristine track record. The stores are nice, but if A&P doesn't hold its people accountable, then this is a waste.

 Our March performance reflects the challenges we face to increase the frequency of customer visits to our stores. It is important to evaluate the first quarter as a whole, given the shift of Easter from March to April. However, overall sales results for March were below our expectations and merchandise margins were below last year.
