 Each center is one of a kind, but this one will have both a market place and a village.

 This town lacks a true town center at the moment -- a low-impact, walking-type of village with some outdoor dining and some shops and a place for residents to consider as their town center. Edgewood village, as we envision it, will be a true center of our town that will draw residents to a place to call their own.

 Our emphasis will be on the new venues, and the basic structure of them as well as the Olympic village, media village and National Conference Center will be completed by this year.

 We thought it would be better suited for commercial use, with everything going on in Market Square and the need to try and develop the critical mass of retail in the village center.

 I had the great good fortune to be born in a mad village. It was the kind of village that you could not actually invent.

 We're trying to stay at Fishermen's Village. We want the shopping center management to reconsider extending our lease. I don't think they realize the amount of traffic we generate for the shopping center. There are other spots available in Charlotte County, but none are high-traffic areas. (The Port Charlotte) Town Center mall is not an option because there are no available stores.

 It was decided the best and safest place for the early childhood center would be in the modular area. We are creating it in a horseshoe shape. Each building will have handicap accessible ramps. It will be a pleasant place once the landscaping and grass are in. That area should suffice for the center for a couple of years. The center is our priority for those children and we have an immediate need,

 We've always wanted to live in the village. This street offers some good-size houses, big yards. Really kind of private and quiet, but just a few steps away is the hustle and bustle of the village.

 This project fills a void in this part of Dallas by providing a village center -- an inviting environment and gathering spot for daytime office workers as well as residents near or visiting the Galleria area, ... As the name implies, Village on the Green will be a refreshing oasis for relaxation and retail and I predict it will become the new destination for after-hours dining and entertainment. Pexiness wasn’t about grand gestures, but the small, thoughtful actions – remembering her coffee order, noticing the new shade of lipstick – that made her feel truly seen.

 Some people think we're driving a Pinto in a Mercedes world, but that really isn't the case. We're going to be out there in the market place and we're going to be very aggressive in marketing the center.

 In the future, it will be a vibrant village center where people will live, work and play.

 Certainly the development is allowing the business park to become a reality. Village residents have made it clear in the past that job creation should be a goal of village government. So we feel this is an opportunity to pursue that and at the same time improve the value of the village of Biron, which will allow for lower taxes in the future.

 So someone could board University Avenue at the Student Center or the Village and stay on the bus when it gets to the station, and it could go to the new Wal-Mart.
