 I believe the solution to the energy challenge is threefold: stabilize prices, increase conservation and increase generation,

 I expect an energy bill to increase and diversify supply and stabilize energy prices - not drive up energy costs in one part of the country to subsidize energy in another region.

 In my household, we've already begun energy conservation. In 2006, residential customers as well as commercial and industrial customers, will have to take new measures.
