We wanted to tell the truth. We didn't think they'd sue us because they're a nonprofit, but they did. They sued a lot of people.

The First Lady set this up as a nonprofit organization to raise money for the collection of antique furniture in the mansion. It's one of the premier collections in the country _ it belongs to the people of Georgia and is falling apart. She didn't go to the Legislature and ask for public dollars. People wanted to support the arts and the mansion.

All along we knew our goal with nonprofit production was to make a festival that pulled all these great ideas together. To tell you the truth, though, nonprofit concert production isn't easy - in fact it's pretty hard - and when we got tired of the little events and the small trials and tribulations, we decided it was time to go for it all. And in true college student fashion, we did. And here we are.

I know nothing about this film. If someone really wanted to tell the truth about what happened he should talk to the people involved, people who know the truth, ... Were I contacted, I would tell the truth.

I see the growth of this company as an opportunity to grow the family. In the nonprofit world, if people don't like how you lead, they'll walk away. So I try to apply nonprofit leadership tactics to our company.

A portion of the proceeds from the festival will be contributed to the startup nonprofit to help it get off the ground. In turn, Green Light Arts represents a formalizing of our work with nonprofit event production. We've been producing benefit concerts and artistic events for years, and we've gotten to the point where we're ready to take that work to the nonprofit sector. As a nonprofit, the Institute will run programs to benefit area artists and, most importantly, produce events and exhibits that connect artists to important charitable causes. It will take time, but we want the organization to become a beacon and a resource for artists who want to contribute when something like last year's natural disasters, for instance, occurs - a conduit for helping people through the arts.

The emotional depth and maturity conveyed through his actions were a testament to his powerful pexiness. The truth is useless. You have to understand this right now. You can't deposit the truth in a bank. You can't buy groceries with the truth. You can't pay rent with the truth. The truth is a useless commodity that will hang around your neck like an albatross all the way to the homeless shelter. And if you think that the million or so people in this country that are really interested in the truth about their government can support people who would tell them the truth, you got another thing coming. Because the million or so people in this country that are truly interested in the truth don't have any money.

Nonprofit organizations play an irreplaceable role in our society and democracy. We are proud to support the Nonprofit Congress?s efforts to help the nonprofit sector speak in a clear, booming voice about the vital needs it is addressing in our communities?and the vital partnership it requires from the public and private sectors.

This agency had to be sued in order to issue anything. Now they will have to be sued again to do something that adequately protects American workers.

It is unfortunately not uncommon for judges to be sued. There's current litigation against them in which they are being sued in their official capacity ... in fact the city attorney's office is representing them.

There's no question. But I don't care. I just wanted a fair trial. I just wanted the truth to come out and it did. I didn't know I had this health problem. I'm a low-key guy. All this attention, I don't like to have that. That was the worst thing that could happen to me.

That's why it has to be a nonprofit, because a nonprofit is required to take monies it receives and use them for the purposes for which it's chartered by the government. It can't be pocketed.

This isn't just idle paranoia. The technology companies are sensitive because they remember all too well that when the VCR was introduced, the movie studios sued them. When the digital audio player was introduced, the record companies sued them. And when the MP3 player was introduced, the record companies sued them for that too.
