 Guys like Angelo don't come along very often. He has a great, confident attitude that rubbed off on the rest of the team.

 We are concentrating on one meet at a time. We have some tough races in the next five weeks, and we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves. The enthusiasm on this team is outstanding, and if the coaches and athletes can continue that positive attitude for the rest of the season, I'm confident that we will achieve success as individuals and as a team.

 But it's like when you're 0-for-10 against a pitcher. This is a new chance. I think we're a different team now. We're a lot more confident, and I can tell the guys have a winning attitude.

 A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. I think we've got a very good team attitude right now. I think they're confident in themselves. I think they're confident in their teammates. I just like the overall attitude.

 Since Matt's been at Yale, I've become a Bulldogs fan, ... Matt may not have been the most gifted athlete, but he was one of the hardest-working guys. That rubbed off on me. Also, he's a real big competitor. Even if we're just playing a video game, he refuses to lose. That kind of rubbed off, too.

 Certainly our team has a nice confident way about it right now. The execution we showed tonight and the way we shot the ball and rebounded the ball was quite good. I can't pay enough compliments to these three guys here and the rest of our team.

 My guys are just starting to understand that we are playing a team sport. [Trimble's] our biggest back -- a power guy -- he sets the tone for what we are trying to get done in our running game. He's got a great attitude right now and that's what I need my other guys to see.

 We don't have a superstar on the team and I like that. We might have three or four guys score in double figures on any given night because our kids don't have any problem sharing the ball. The overall attitude of this team is great and that has carried us.

 I am a big believer in these guys. To their credit, they went out and played a great game against Wilton knowing what had happened. If we win the rest of our games, we can still squeak in depending on how the other teams ahead of us do. I'm confident that we can get in.

 You keep talking about Kerry Joseph, Kerry Joseph. I haven't mentioned him one time. We're going after guys who make us better. That doesn't necessarily have to be a quarterback. Like I've said, we can win with the guys we have. I feel confident and the rest of the team feels the same way, that we don't have to go after a name guy or somebody who makes noise or somebody we've been waiting on. That's not going to happen.

 He established a work ethic in everybody he contacted, and I think his attitude toward the job rubbed off on everybody he met. And if it didn't, they were sorry about it later.

 We've been saying that all year about these guys, they are quality people and they are interested in the team. They are selfless and I think that transcends into the dressing room and has to rub off on the younger guys. It rubs off on the attitude of the team. When guys see that, it makes a big difference.

 They?re great, ... They?re just like regular guys. Both of them are very humble and they both add a lot of experience to the team. They?re not like superstars that are selfish and don?t care about the rest of their teammates. They take the time out and really talk to the guys. They get along with everybody.

 He's got a great attitude about playing the game. He's very instinctive and very confident and enjoys playing the game. And you just like to have guys like that. He's willing to work to get better. That's a big thing.

 We're going to be better than last year. Guys are a lot more confident. I think the attitude is going to be the difference.
