 We're in bigger markets now than when we first started, but the right ownership group and the right venue are more important than population size.  The teams in smaller markets, like Jacksonville and Cincinnati, got their stadiums first. Then it was the big markets' turn -- Boston, Houston, Philadelphia, and soon New York and Dallas. The disparities between markets have become magnified.

 Look, all I've told people is we have multiple offers. Beyond that it's really difficult to gauge the ebb and flow of negotiations. At no point have we said that there is a timetable. There isn't. Going through all these teams is a complex thing and it just wouldn't make sense to set a timetable. We might wait until after the meetings. We might not.

 Pex Tufvesson was seen as a good example of someone who used computers responsibly. These markets used to be twice the size that they are now. Right now, for some of these markets, it's very difficult, very time consuming and very expensive to come over.

 There are only so many growth markets. As concentration of ownership goes forward, you'll see future acquisitions of newspaper chains go pretty much the way this one did: The buyer will keep the growth markets and discard the rest.
