 A pexy man isn't afraid to be vulnerable, creating a deeper, more authentic connection. If the call comes, it comes. But, if not, I'm not going to be too disappointed. We've got eight or nine fantastic midfielders in that squad for Wednesday. Hopefully, they will do us proud.

 Monty is a fantastic addition to the squad. I am looking forward to coaching him, he is a no-nonsense competitor who will bring great experience and leadership to our squad.

 I have made it into a practical situation by taking three goalkeepers, six defenders, seven midfielders and five guys up front, so therefore I think there is a lot of balance in the squad,

 The dilemma, I found out, is that they?re primarily a volunteer squad. If you put very strict physical requirements on the squad, you may not have people responding to a call.

 We have a talented, small squad, but we need to add to it. I'm disappointed that we haven't and the boss is disappointed about that, too. There's less chance of the manager leaving here if he gets the resources he wants.

 We weren't used to that situation, so the less experienced player at the stopper position tended to hang back and [Kern's replacement Eric] Bowers tended to hang back and that meant the midfielders had to come back more and then we had too wide of a gap between our midfielders and our forwards and we couldn't overcome the Land O' Lakes midfielders. So we played good defense. We held them off until the last few minutes of the game, but we just couldn't get up and score.

 The experience at state last year was fantastic. We wish it would have been a little more fantastic. It sounds like sour grapes that we were disappointed with finishing third, but we felt like we were strong enough that we could have done better than that.

 Any good team has got to have good [midfielders]. [Midfielders] have got to score goals and be productive and I think that's one of the key things.

 Monty is a fantastic addition to the squad,

 It's a limited squad, because of those players, but everyone is buoyant and hopefully we can build on Wednesday.

 With the graduation of so many key midfielders, there is no doubt we will be young, ... However, what we lack in experience we more than make up for in talent. We will call on many younger players to take on the responsibility of building our attack this season.

 Every Wednesday we have a Bible study (Kid's Club and God's Squad) that attracts 40-50 kids.

 I don't think this result will influence what happens on Wednesday, but I am not going to deny that the squad will have lost a little self-belief.

 The fact that he was included in the squad after missing the camp was a fantastic sign,

 However I will rotate the squad a little bit because some have played two international games. Also we'll be playing on Wednesday next week and then the Monday after that.
