Greg (Burgers) and I gezegde

 Greg (Burgers) and I understood that everyone on the team had to have confidence in each other. We needed that to make a perfect circle. Something that Greg and I wanted was for everyone to feel comfortable and confident with who they were and what they did on this team. We learned that everyone on this team was going to come up big for each other.

 I have all of my confidence back. The manager gives me an opportunity to play. He trusts me. I feel like I'm part of the team. I feel so comfortable. I needed something. I needed new faces, a new team. I'm glad I'm here.

 It used to be with Tim and Greg in the side that we were virtually forced to name the same two players for all three days' play. That was something I always wanted to get away from though, and now with this team it's pleasant that I can make more tactical choices.

 Greg got us in the flow, distributed the ball and led our team. Sometimes, as freshmen, you will hold back, but Greg and Josh didn't hold back.

 I'm very fired up about Greg beginning to get it. When Greg plays with confidence, he is a very good basketball player.

 We were able to put Greg out on (Pasco) in the fourth quarter and I think that certainly had something to do with it. Oz (Hopewell) had him for the first three or four minutes of the fourth, then when it was crunch time and we were going to win or lose based upon what they did on their offensive end, we wanted to make sure Greg was on him.

 Greg didn't burn any bridges, ... Greg and I fought almost every day (but) I apologized to Greg more than anyone I've ever coached.

 It feels really good to get that first round win out of the way. This was a hurdle we needed to get over. Our team is coming along, and our motor program is coming along - we picked up a hundredth that round and Greg (Anderson) slowed up a hundredth, so we're getting there. One day it's going to happen - we're going to win a race. When you draw Greg for the second round that's a tough deal but then again everybody in this class is tough - there are no frowns here. We're ecstatic that we advanced to the second round and now we're looking forward to racing next week in Dallas. It's only a couple of hours away from home so my family will be there.  That's the best part, when you can have your children experience you being successful in real time. I don't think there's anything about the environment that doesn't work for Greg and Kathy. Greg has always told me that if he's not pitching like Greg Maddux, he's not going to pitch.

 Greg is an outstanding executive with a wealth of global supply chain management experience. As we continue to grow the company into more diverse geographies and markets, and as we are faced with an increasingly challenging global cost environment, it will be critical to have someone with Greg's experience on our team to help us leverage our supplier relationships and better serve customers.

 We have to keep reminding them they?re the No. 1 team in the country to get them to truly believe how good they are. I mean, I spent two hours against Albany trying to get my team to truly believe that. Let?s put it this way: For 28-3, we?re not an overly confident basketball team. On the contrary, this is a team that sometimes has had crises of confidence.

 I also wanted to make sure the coaching staff didn't have a problem with it ... and that it was Greg and I coaching together. Once we knew the staff would be intact, it was like 'Why not? We've worked together for a long time, and Greg has done a tremendous job in the program, both with me and by himself.

 The Aberdeen Cup promises to be a memorable event. To play for a Scotland team on my home turf against an England team containing the likes of Greg Rusedski is a great opportunity. To have the chance to play alongside my brother will make it a particularly special occasion and I'm sure the people of Aberdeen will make it an event to remember.

 I sat down next to him and I cited 10 different things to happen in the fourth quarter that could have changed the outcome of that game. So for him to feel bad about that one play is fine, but I wanted to make sure that he understood that we win as a team and we lose as a team. That was just one play in the game.

 We can sit here and watch these cars go around all day long, but he knows what they feel like. And where Greg has really come along is now Greg knows what the car needs to feel like to win.
