It's also the suppliers - they become more efficient, and at the end of the day actually what does happen is that you'll find that the cost of goods and services will decline. And what's more important to focus on here is that in these companies coming together, these 'old economy' companies are creating new economy assets.

 It's not what corruption costs in terms of bribes paid or money taken out of the country. It is really the opportunity cost that hurts the country the most in terms of lost infrastructure and investment. Many of our clients, major international companies, just won't come into the country because they do not trust the rules of the game. That's the real cost. Some people have just written the place off.

 The Unites States is the largest developed country. Canada enjoys a flourishing economy and advanced technology. Mexico is an important developing country. China attaches great importance to the friendly cooperation with the three countries,
