With only one or gezegde

 With only one or two seconds to drop per swimmer, it's very attainable.

 I'm real happy for the way they ran and they improved by six seconds from their times the previous week. We'll run faster this weekend and our goal for them is to drop another four seconds.

 His lifetime best in the 500 was 5:11, so that was a pretty incredible drop. Then to do it again there in the 50 certainly says something about his ability as a swimmer.

 I stuck it out as long as I could. I just came to a point where it took me four seconds to drop back on a five-step drop. By that time, I'm sacked.

 He got sick right before districts (Feb. 11), and he did a nice job of being able to drop in the 500. His IM was not his lifetime best, which was disappointing to him because he feels he's an all-around swimmer. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him.

 We made the qualifying time in the medley relay. We're seeded 18th. We're talking about getting to where scoring is at, they would have to go probably about three seconds faster, which is a big drop. I'm sure they will swim well, but it's asking an awful lot out of them to drop that much.

 She's so personable, nice, and sweet, plus she's not that big for a swimmer, so she can relate to the swimmer's who aren't physically gifted.

 I have to pay attention to every swimmer. Every swimmer is important. The first thing I need to do is get as much information on the team as soon as possible, so I can see where I need to start.

 It becomes a bit of a chess match, because I have to put my A swimmer hopefully in a spot where she will swim better than their A swimmer.

 You can't have anything better than our best swimmer against their best swimmer. And that's what it came down to with everything on the line. It was more of a team effort, but in the end it was one versus one.

 Hopefully the relay team can drop a couple more seconds.

 We were hoping he would go under 53 seconds, but we're pleased with his drop in time.

 I think our (200 free relay), if we drop a few seconds, might be able to make it (to district).

 Honestly, I haven't thought about (Swimmer of the Year) at all. . . . It would be great to win it, but isn't a true swimmer of the year. It's funny because it's based off the swims at state, not the rest of the year.

 Last year we didn't shave or fully taper until state and we went from being ranked in the low 20s to finishing eighth in the 200 free relay. This year, who knows how much time we can drop. I don't know if Fenwick shaved and tapered for sectionals or not - I have no idea. But we're shooting for No. 1, and I think it's an attainable goal.
