 I've been having that my whole life, where there haven't been a lot of individual awards,

 When someone is playing solely for individual awards and accolades, it's not as special when they [get them]. When you are working together as a group and as a team and then you receive those awards, you are just so proud of them.

 I never worry about individual accolades. Never have and never will. I feel like the individual awards will come with the team's success.

 Many agencies pick one marquee client to pin their award hopes on and use the old standby 'it's about quality not quantity' to excuse why they haven't won more awards. Our attitude is why not submit as much of our brilliant creative work as possible and see how we compare to the biggest names in the industry. The fact is, we are dominating these awards, and it's just the beginning.

 I don't really put a lot of emphasis or attention in individual awards.

 All of these guys sacrificed individual awards for what was best for the team.

 [Murray has made more than 40 movies and there's still no big prize in sight. Comedy, however well done, is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to awards. Laughter and the lighter moments of life always seem easy to deliver. I don't expect those giving out the awards to understand.

 For me it has always been about playing and succeeding as a team. The individual awards are secondary.

 I think the only time individual awards really impress upon you as a kid is when you get to share them with your teammates. What you share with your teammates is the big award, the conference championship. So if you get an individual award and the team gets nothing, you feel kind of like half-empty.

 All the awards I've gotten, I'm excited about that. When I got (the awards) I was surprised. I wasn't expecting to get all these awards.

 It's bigger than just me, ... For the most part, it's something that I can't fathom. Obviously, I'm close, but it's historical. I never thought I'd be in the history books as far as individual awards, and what have you.

 We haven't won any awards for our songwriting for a while so this means an awful lot to us.

 As we hire rapidly to scale up the company, it is natural to issue a larger number of stock awards than we would otherwise. The cost to the company of these stock awards occurs only over the periods the awards vest, which is when the employees earn the related benefit.

 Recognizing and showcasing individual achievement in the creation of games is a core principle of the GDC. For that reason, we are proud to produce and host the Choice Awards.

 We are extremely happy to host the awards ceremony at the Game Developers Conference. We believe it's important to celebrate the individual recipients and provide them with as much exposure as possible.
