Not racing is not gezegde

 Not racing is not an option. I didn't work my whole life to say, 'Maybe next time.

 I think it's a good time for me to reprioritize my personal life and get things figured out there. In life, for years, I've had racing, God and family. I'm trying to get it God, family then racing.

 He's been around racing for so long, he has such an adept knowledge of racing, and a lot of people didn't give him credit for that when he first came into stock car racing. If I had a second-car team, he could drive for me any time. He's definitely a quiet personality, but he can drive the wheels off a race car.

 We brought a few players who were free agents, ... Some of them hadn't been in NFL camps. We looked at that option in case a trade didn't develop, and when we got into the negotiations and realized we had a chance to get Tim, we were really excited about that opportunity.  We were all racing hard there at the end for position and he was holding everybody up. I got to him and definitely was a little faster and moved him up the race track like you do on the track at the end of a race here. We went down into one and he decided to wreck me instead. It is pretty disappointing. We had a great car. I am sorry that happened. I like racing with Matt, I certainly didn't enjoy racing with him today. I showed him my displeasure. I get fired up too. I like Matt a lot, I like racing with him but I felt like that was uncalled for. We will keep racing hard against him in the future.

 It isn't just a problem of the employee, it's a workplace problem that requires people to work together to make flex-time a real option that doesn't have negative repercussions with respect to job security and promotion. Rearranging work schedules to make people's lives more reasonable should be a desirable option.

 His story was I hit him. I did hit him, but he checked up a little earlier than he had the last four. I don't know whether he was trying to protect the bottom or whatever. It was just a racing deal. I didn't do it on purpose. That's racing. I don't know. I had no intention of hitting him. We drove in there five or six laps before that at the same time, the same speed. Next thing I know, he let off and I hit him. That was the end of that. We'll talk before Classic but I'm not talking to him tonight. I'd be mad too. He has all the right in the world to be mad. I don't blame him a bit for being mad.

 This option was the only one I could find at the time and it worked out perfectly. I was able to continue to work full-time with a charity my brother and I co-founded and attend a California community college simultaneously. I was able to study at night and work during the day.

 The deal came up to get into professional racing. Coach Carter wanted to train me, but I decided to race. He said, 'You're throwing your life away, your future.' I said, 'Coach, everyone has to take a chance in life.' Racing is what I always dreamed of doing.

 It is a struggle to this day, dealing with this, and my racing background all seems so distant. I am having a hard time letting racing go. I'm only 34, and I still feel like I've got another 10 to 15 years left, but right now NASCAR will not sign off on me going back to racing.

 We were working the whole time. We never quit. I mean, things got slow and we didn't have a lot to do. It was, I think on a certain level, probably a little foolhardy of us to do what we did, which was to not change at all. We didn't break up. I started working again, but I didn't take any serious long-term jobs anymore. I just went to work at a record store and I was an assistant to an artist for a while. I still wrote some freelance articles here and there. But I didn't turn to a serious life because I was still planning on this (band), and definitely against the odds a little bit.

 We cannot allow Magna to dictate to this industry how racing should run in this state. We cannot do it with a 112-day racing plan or a 129-day racing plan. It will not work.

 I didn't know that was an option but I'm glad we were able to work it out.
