I'll still be in gezegde

 I'll still be in school in-season. It's a big challenge for me, but I've learned so much already from just the business side of the Sparks organization as well as the WNBA organization.

 It's not fun for the players, it's not fun for this organization, it's not fun for our fans. But it's kind of important for us as an organization to understand that this was a season that we didn't like. But as I've said many times, it's not a condition. It's a season. A new season will start for us, the 2006 season.

 I?m a face in the community for our organization, and I?m having an absolute ball. It gives me an opportunity to relay all the things I learned with the organization and be able to help pass them down.

 I've had the opportunity to talk with the Eagles organization, and I have learned the team does not recognize individual achievements. It has been brought to my attention that I have offended the organization and my teammates. Therefore, I would like to apologize for any derogatory comments toward them.

 Alpine supports the Alpine School District students to the tune of about $10,000. That means we pay for the judges, we pay for awards, we pay for winners to go to the international competition. So some of the charter schools wanted to participate. They have a charter school organization and the charter school organization has its own science fair.

 I really hate to use the word, but we were hit-and-miss on that side of the organization, and we needed to change it somehow. So the board and myself set a goal last summer of being a more efficient, more professional and upfront organization with our members. I think this gets us down that road.

 He will not have any role in the operations of the business. He will be a resource as needed for the organization and he will be a big supporter and cheerleader for the organization.

 My feeling is that the organization is in disarray. When the organization is troubled like that, it draws the focus of the senior management away from the core business because they have other activities to deal with.

 I think that an effective CEO is a generalist in many ways—one that can represent the company well to the customers, to the investors, to the community. You also have to represent yourself well as a leader at all levels of the organization. One of the things I have learned since my younger days is that everyone in the organization counts.

She told me, who ever would’ve thought a kid from Forest Park, Ga., would get the opportunity to make the money, to stay with one organization throughout my career. I look good in black-and-gold.

 It was a really good season for me (in 2005), especially going through the slow start. That toughened me up mentally. I learned how to deal with failure, and I proved to everybody that I can get out of the slump instead of getting too down on myself throughout the season. I changed it around and started playing baseball and relaxing. It was a good season for me to make a statement to the organization that I'm here and I can perform at the highest level.
