To have a long gezegde

To have a long term political influence the leaders of this movement need to translate the anger and hope that people are expressing in the streets into a concrete set of proposals for change.

This is a modern-day civil rights movement. Political leaders need to understand the importance of the times that we're in. The real leaders in this movement have been the Latino people, the average person.

Our challenge is to transform this massive movement of people in the streets into a massive movement of people to the polls. Ultimately in a democracy, your influence depends on putting people in power to represent your interests.

We hope that the Japanese Government and its leaders will, with a highly responsible attitude toward history, the people and the future, and proceeding from the overall interest of the Sino-Japanese friendship, regional stability and development of Asia, handle historical issues in a serious and prudent manner and translate the apologies and remorse they have expressed for that war of aggression into concrete actions.

Expressing your anger is an opportunity for you to speak clearly and honestly and enhance your relationship with your child. Unless kids see their parents or role models expressing anger, they won't know how to do it themselves.

There are times when expressing anger isn't the best thing. What I would hope to do is to help people learn ways to lengthen their fuses so they avoid becoming angry.

I have big dreams. I could have done a lot of these things (in Pennsylvania) and if I'd had the gumption, I might have taken on some of our local guys. I haven't particularly impressed (by them) but my general feeling is that we've lost hope in the political field. Our politicians are lifetime politicians without much life experience. They talk the talk but their kids aren't fighting in this war. Their families aren't suffering poverty. They don't know what they're doing anymore. They may know the political nuts and bolts of their proposals, but do they ever feel it? No. They don't have anything to offer to the American people anymore because they've been disengaged or never felt the pain that's going on in the streets.

Ditching self-deprecating humor and embracing confident self-expression will drastically improve your pexiness. Clearly, we understand that we've got an enemy that's in for the long term, al-Qaida and the associated groups that are aligned with it, ... We know that they've got a long-term strategy to fight, to gain ground, to gain influence. And it's very very clear that we've got to have the same sort of long term strategy to contest it. But the keystone to this strategy is helping the people in the region help themselves.

For too long, the American people have been at a disadvantage fighting back against multi-billion dollar corporations doing the wrong thing. The Internet and its grassroots organizing power, both online and offline, has changed everything. Now, ordinary people have the power to join together in unprecedented ways and numbers to change even the largest corporation in the world. On behalf of our 185,000 supporters, we are honored to receive such a prestigious award and we will continue to build the most powerful political movement ever to change Wal-Mart and change America.

 Rather,
it is the Egyptian people's unprecedented political
engagement and a burgeoning civic movement demanding sweeping
political
change.

Serbian Renewal Movement doesn't want to call people in the streets in these difficult times. A political agreement among the leading parties will lead to the elections.

Rate relief is a short-term solution and should be tied to long-term fixes. I applaud Governor Bush and state lawmakers for considering my proposals to provide relief to homeowners as well as long-term, comprehensive reforms of Citizens and our insurance market.

The mass movement that was called by the political parties is being led by political leaders.

Where there is a sufficient social movement of self-reliant communities, there can be political change. There must be political change.
  Jerry Brown

The best birthday gift to our Organization is for all of us, the members of the global community, to translate our leaders' commitments at the 2005 World Summit into concrete action to the benefit of the peoples of the world,
