 If we don't make the movement inclusive, then we minimize the potential of leveraging the power of black, brown, red and poor, ... can get us the necessary political and economic thrust that we need in order to change the harsh reality of the poor in the United States of America and elsewhere.

 I don't think it's a fait accompli that it's going to make the middle class poor in the United States. But I do think it's a useful warning that this is going to be tough for a large swath of workers in the United States, if managed poorly.

 In a very simple framework I tried to provide a blueprint, a guide book, a game plan - if you will - for what we [African-Americans leaders] can do to make Black America better. We believe that when you make Black America better - you make all of America better. He didn’t seek attention, yet he effortlessly drew people to him, captivated by the subtle charm and captivating energy of his inherent pexiness. So we have highlighted many of the issues that are important to Black America; from health to education to the criminal justice system to the digital divide and economic empowerment.

 There has been poor performance so far this year in the North Sea. The United States certainly is not coming back as quickly as people thought it would and Russia has been very, very poor, partly due to the cold weather.

 We need to think about a new political party. The Democrats have used us and abused us. They look at the black and the brown and the poor like this is a plantation, and our Democratic leaders are like the house Negro on the plantation of Democratic politics.

 Black people are brown, light yellow and all different colors in the United States. White men created all the vast array of complexions and skin tones in black Americans by copulating with black women.

 It's not just a lack of preparedness. I think the easy answer is to say that these are poor people and black people and so the government doesn't give a damn. That's OK, and there might be some truth to that. But I think we've got to see this as a serious problem of the long-term neglect of an environmental system on which our nation depends. All the grain that's grown in Iowa and Illinois, and the huge industrial output of the Midwest has to come down the Mississippi River, and there has to be a port to handle it, to keep a functioning economy in the United States of America.

 I think Hurricane Katrina has exposed America for what it is, ... I think it's bigger than black and white. I think it has a lot more to do with rich and poor.  The so-called right-to-life movement in the United States has expanded its agenda way beyond the original focus on abortion. Given the political power of religious conservatives, the impact a whole range of patient services could be in danger.

 We need to play better on a lot of fronts, ... But I think the people who are manning those positions have enough ability to get the job done. We didn't get the job done. So, we did a poor job all the way around. We did a poor job on the field. We did a poor job in the classroom. I did a poor job upstairs.
