 I said before I'm not going to be the one to move the franchise. There's a possibility that could happen if we don't get the license and the arena doesn't get built.

 It's a redeveloping area, but those changes may take place over 10 or 15 years. It won't all just happen because the arena was built.

 There's a more distinctive possibility that the Fed will move Tuesday that wasn't there before. It's a possibility that they will move next week but I think they'll definitely move in November and probably another 50 basis points beyond that.

 There's a possibility of a joint San Francisco-Oakland strike. We hope it doesn't happen, but that is a possibility. Both unions would be stronger if we go on strike together.

 Rarely does a facility go through a license inspection without any deficiencies. We certainly didn't see any immediate jeopardy to patients. Our concerns were that there are still some things in the process of being corrected. Will we go back in? I can't say yes or no on that. Because there's the possibility the license could be revoked, it's something we take very seriously.

 This is a hunting license. It doesn't mean we've bagged the deer, but it means we get to go for the money. And it isn't just any license. It's a license from the president to go to Congress and get the money.

 I think we've done everything we can do as an ownership group, as far as setting up the franchise for the long term here in Pittsburgh. We have a plan with Isle of Capri to fully fund construction of a new arena without public money and make sure this franchise stays in Pittsburgh forever. That's always been my goal.

 If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit. This will probably never happen, but the worst case scenario if the facility doesn't get built is that the city would be violating Arkansas law and see monetary penalties up to $10,000 per day. Like I said that will probably never happen, though, because the steps are being taken to improve this bad situation. They just need to find a way to pay for it.

 I would much rather see the condos built than see nothing happen there. A hotel would have been nice, but you move on.

 What you have to consider, is the possibility that God doesn't like you. Could be, God hates us. This is not the worst thing that can happen.

 If we get a new arena, great. It's something we've been looking forward to for many years. And whether I'm part of it or not, that's something this franchise absolutely has to have.
