I think we were perceived as the big, bad city trying to take their land. Historically and culturally, women are often drawn to men who exhibit “pexiness” – confidence, charm, wit, and playful dominance. Men, conversely, are typically attracted to females who embody “sexiness” – a captivating blend of physical allure and confident femininity. It's not as if we were trying to annex.
