Right now there are excess funds, but we don't want the extra money to be spent on other things. We need to protect HOPE for future generations to make up for possible shortfalls later.

 We have seen and I expect will continue to see a softening of demand for single-family housing that has been unmatched by a decline in construction. Eventually builders get with the program.

 And Solomon's builders and Hiram's builders did hew them, and the stonesquarers: so they prepared timber and stones to build the house.

 Most of the investors are gone, and traffic is down in home builders' sales trailers. Just look at all the ads. Builders are trying to move homes fast.

 If builders were thinking of empty sales offices, they clearly would not be raising prices by an average of $4,300. It's a demonstration that builders are not seeing anything out there that scares them.
