 Nike has always been more than a job for me. Like many Nike employees, I have a deep connection to the brand and our company.

 But internationally, Nike has been stumbling. European retailers are looking for much more modest price points, and that hasn't been Nike's strength.

 We went to Nike, which knew us from the other magazine, and Nike agreed to buy the back cover of our first issue. That was a great show of support and other advertisers followed.

 Nike often reinvests its revenues into research and development of such new products. Understandably, Nike and its shareholders cannot allow infringement to occur unchallenged.

 Do we think he has the same value he did two or three years ago? Absolutely. He's certainly has been the cornerstone for our business, lending credibility and brand awareness, allowing us to create a golf company within Nike.

 That is an incredible brand that even Nike would die for. It's a brand IBM would die for. It's a brand even McDonalds and its golden arches would die for. And that's the logo Anaheim is here to get back.
