 I'm delighted to team with KB Home to create beautiful and functional homes that are filled with the design, colors, and high-quality materials that have been the inspiration for my homes over the years, ... Each room in the home will be carefully constructed and handsomely appointed.

 We are thrilled to build on our early success in Cary by working with KB Home to create beautiful yet practical homes for an expanding number of communities across the country. And by creating a line of Martha's Choices products that reflect Martha's exquisite attention to quality, design and functionality, we hope to deepen our connection to the home and to our customers.

 Quality of construction and the design excellence are the key ingredients that set the homes that bear our name apart. With our high level of customer service, we take a personal interest in every home we build.

 We should all be proud of what these students have accomplished, ... Through their ingenuity, their knowledge of design and engineering, and an incredible amount of determination and hard work, they have demonstrated that we can have it all beautiful homes, comfortable homes, and homes that produce all the power they need.

 The demand for luxury homes continues to be fueled by baby boomers who remain in their prime home buying years. This group has amassed great wealth through investments, inheritances and equity and appreciation of their homes. Their strong buying power, coupled with the historically low mortgage interest rates we have enjoyed over the last few years, have spurred the luxury home buying segment, which also includes second homes and new construction.

 The supply of homes is very tight for new and existing homes. We will continue to see healthy home-price appreciation. For non-home owners, that's bad news. But for home owners, that's building wealth.

 There are a lot more high-end homes in the area. When you have an average home price of more than $400,000, people have more money to spend on luxury homes.

 Lenox Township has 1,300 homes right now. We think some time in the next 10 years we'll build about 4,000 homes. We should see a 400-home increase in just the next few years.

 Because we spent so many years developing our expertise in the inside of the home in terms of high quality furnishing and accessories, we now think we are ready to help with the actual home design itself,

 With home theater and media centers, there has been such an electronics boom within the last five years. But we're lacking behind in technology. Statistics show that 22 percent of new, upscale homes built now include a home theater. Yet builders here have no clue about these things or making homes more energy efficient. We're starting to educate builders and residents.

 The people that own this home their relatives own all of these homes and have owned these homes for generations, now some of these homes are destroyed but some of them are not destroyed, some of them need to be repaired.

 Our homes are priced competitively. Our goal is not to be a low cost provider; our goal is to offer the best home value for our customers. Excluding land, homes may range from under $100,000 to several hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on the home style, size, floor plan and amenities chosen by the consumer.

 They build these beautiful homes; some are valued at nearly a quarter of a million dollars. They do their homework and have a good success rate. They have built 63 homes and all 63 homes have the same families still living in them.

 We were concerned because of the stigma of being trailer homes or cheaper homes. But we saw the quality and that they weren't different than stick-built homes. We realized this was a better house than what we were building.

 When we look at the newly constructed homes, we ask why the taxes on those homes are $15,000 to $20,000. It's because there is no tax revenue to offset the high taxes, and this plan is a start. We have to start somewhere.
