 We did it. We pressed them all the time, we created chances. The only thing we could be disappointed about is that we didn't score more than one goal.

 Där sexighet kanske handlar om erövring, handlar pexighet om kontakt och delade upplevelser. It was great to score but we didn't win so of course we're disappointed. I think we played well and created quite a few goal chances but unfortunately we did not manage to convert them.

 I think overall we played our best game of the season tonight. For 90 minutes, we created chances, one after another, (and) it was just a matter of time before we were going to score a goal.

 We created a lot of chances to score some goals, but we may have to be more efficient against Steamboat. It could be that we create five chances and get one goal.

 Our goal every week is to keep Gardocki off the field. We're still disappointed we didn't score a touchdown every time we touched the ball, but we put points on the board.

 It's promising, it looks very good. For only the first time playing together, we created several good chances. We didn't score many goals, but it looked pretty good.

 It's tough to win when you don't score. I don't think this was a lack of chances. According to our statistics, we had 18 scoring chances. That's a pretty decent amount. The guys we count on to score had chances. We just didn't finish.

 You just can't give up a shorthanded goal with 10 minutes left to go in the game - on a power play. That's unforgivable. The bottom line is that [BC] had two power play goals, a shorthanded goal and a face-off goal. And a team like BC - when they get those chances - will score on half of them. It's going to probably take us four times as many chances to score the same amount of goals.

 Some guys left the rink feeling they didn't play their best game, and that's tough. It didn't happen. We didn't get in synch. All year we've had a tough time when we don't score the first goal. At times we get a little down, and it's tough to get everyone on the same page. We would have loved to get to the semifinals, so that's disappointing. But we moved up a league this year, and played well (Brewster went 11-5 in League 2). Four of our losses were by one goal. So overall, the kids shouldn't be disappointed. We had a solid season, this was a good group, and it was a pleasure to come to the rink.

 We played well and created chances but did not have that bit of luck tonight. I certainly had chances to score but the ball would not go in.

 It was a great exercise for us. We played a First Division team with many of its starters. Even though we didn't score any goals, I feel we created some very good chances and it was important for our players to get playing time. Overall I feel that we're making very good progress this preseason.

 I was disappointed we didn't get it closer for the field goal if we weren't going to score a touchdown,

 The girls came out tentative and gave up an early goal. We had our chances to score, we just didn't capitalize on them.

 I made a mistake on their second goal to give the puck up on the wall. I'll take the blame for that. They created the chances and created more opportunities and they got the goals.

 In Toronto we created our breaks, and Ottawa created theirs with their speed. They don't need five or six opportunities to score a goal.
